Description
The Townhouse apartment is located in the historic centre of Tavira. It has undergone a complete renovation resulting in its elegant décor and practical use of space. The fabulous location is less than a minute’s walking distance to the ferry for Tavira island and five minutes walking to the wonderful fresh produce market. There is also a huge range of cafes and restaurants nearby, where you can enjoy the specialties of the region. The apartment is on the ground floor of a townhouse, with its own front door to the street. It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a living area with smart TV and fast wifi. The bedrooms and the living/dining room are air conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new Bosch appliances (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) coffee machine, toaster and a Nespresso milk frother for cappuccinos! Separate tap/faucet for filtered water, making it unnecessary to buy bottled water – a huge bonus! Iron/ironing board, beach parasol and hammam towels for the beach are provided. Living / dining room: large sofa, armchair, Smart TV, dining table and 4 chairs. The small internal patio with a café style table and chairs, features an old well (covered with a safety railing). NB The internal courtyard walls continue up through the main house, above the apartment.
Bedroom 1 - can be made as 1 king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) or 2 x single beds (90cm x 200cm each) built-in closet and desk/dressing table, hairdryer, patio door with mosquito net, internal connecting door to bedroom 2.
Bathroom 1 - large walk-in shower, bidet, washing machine / dryer.
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed (140cm x 200cm), built in closet, door to patio with mosquito net, internal door to bedroom 1.

Both rooms have extremely comfortable beds, pure cotton white bed linen and a choice of firm and soft pillows. Duvets provided for the cooler months.
