In the kitchen area we noticed a few ants on the worktop most mornings. The kitchen needs silicone sealing again as there are a few very small holes in it. Probably new wall grout is needed as well.

It is especially rewarding to hear that you are already considering another visit. We also appreciate your attention to the small maintenance details you identified. We have asked our maintenance team to inspect the silicone seals and wall grouting in the kitchen, as well as the drain stopper mechanism in the en-suite bathroom. Regarding the ants, their occasional presence is relatively common in the Algarve, particularly during warmer periods, and does not necessarily indicate an infestation. Nevertheless, we will check the areas mentioned and reinforce the appropriate preventive measures. We particularly value feedback from returning guests, as it helps us maintain the property in the best possible condition over time.
